Having more than 35 years of being an educationist & working actively in many Government initiative like Literacy Mission, Balinder wanted to do more in the education sector.  

The belief that change can only be brought at the grassroot level by giving education, led to the foundation of “Shikshit Aur Saksham”. 

He envision a world wherein every child receives an equal opportunity to grow & become a better human being & A better, responsible citizen.
