Despite of the fact that the education is considered as the great equalizer in the society, but still there are many disparities in the education system especially in Rural areas. Schools often lack adequate resources ,proper infrastructure & have high Student/Teacher ratios. These deficiencies create an uneven palying field where children from Rural/disadvantaged backgrounds struggle to access quality education.
We are leading the charge in transforming the education landscape through many interventions like providing infrastructure support, Teacher’s training, sending dedicated volunteers which are often retired teachers & professionals to teach in under-resourced schools.
We believe that effective education is rooted in human interaction. Hence working along with the existing school teachers & students, we have created mentorship workshops to improve classroom dynamics & to enhance the overall learning experience.
Education Program
- Improve the literacy/numeracy skills of students who lack basics like reading and writing, through remedial classes and alternative teaching-learning methodologies.
- Maintaining a healthy student-teacher ratio
- Overall development by introducing Yoga, Sports, creative arts, and health education programs.
- Instilling social responsibility by making environment clubs, awareness toward our cultures, and fine arts.
- Introducing motivational talks by prominent personalities, storytelling, etc.
- Assistance in improving infrastructure.
- Continuous job teacher training to new interactive teaching aids
